This Legal Notice provides public information about the operator of the AURENOIRE website and online store and explains certain legal, intellectual-property, product-information, and communication matters. It should be read together with our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Contact Information page.

Aurenoire LLC is the seller of products offered through the AURENOIRE online store and is responsible for accepting or rejecting orders, customer service, and the remedies owed under our policies or applicable law. Shopify and other technology, payment, manufacturing, fulfillment, logistics, carrier, and professional service providers may support our operations, but they are not the seller merely because they provide those services.

The business address above is a correspondence address only. It is not a retail store, customer-service desk, customer pickup location, product drop-off location, manufacturing facility, fulfillment center, or authorized return facility. We do not provide in-person service or accept customer visits or product returns at that address unless AURENOIRE expressly confirms a specific arrangement in writing.

2. PURPOSE AND CONTRACTUAL STATUS OF THIS NOTICE

This Legal Notice is a public disclosure and does not replace the Terms of Service or any transaction-specific term presented before purchase. Orders, use of the website, accounts, payments, promotions, product use, shipping, returns, refunds, warranties, liability, dispute resolution, governing law, and claim deadlines are governed by the applicable AURENOIRE Terms of Service and incorporated policies.

If this Legal Notice conflicts with a more specific AURENOIRE policy, product label, legally required warning, or transaction-specific disclosure, the more specific document controls for its subject matter to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in this Legal Notice creates a warranty, guarantee, fiduciary duty, agency relationship, medical relationship, or right to a return or refund beyond what is provided by the governing terms or applicable law.

Nothing in this Legal Notice excludes, restricts, or waives a right or remedy that applicable law does not permit us to exclude, restrict, or waive.

3. ONLINE-ONLY BUSINESS; THIRD-PARTY OPERATIONS

AURENOIRE is an online-only retailer. Products may be manufactured, packaged, processed, stored, or shipped by authorized third-party providers from locations different from the AURENOIRE business address. Those providers and facilities do not offer AURENOIRE customer support, accept customer visits, or accept returns unless AURENOIRE provides written authorization and specific instructions for an eligible return.

Do not contact or send a product to a manufacturer, supplier, carrier, fulfillment provider, address shown on a shipping label, or other third party unless AURENOIRE instructs you to do so in writing. An unsolicited or misdirected shipment does not create a right to a refund, replacement, exchange, credit, or reimbursement and will be handled under our Return and Refund Policy and applicable law.

AURENOIRE's organization in Virginia and use of a United States business address identify the seller; they are not statements that a product was made, manufactured, formulated, or sourced in the United States. Product country-of-origin information, when required, is provided on the applicable product, packaging, or legally controlling documentation. The location at which an order is routed, fulfilled, or delivered does not independently establish product origin.

4. PRODUCT CATEGORY AND INTENDED USE

AURENOIRE skincare and personal-care products are cosmetics unless a particular product is expressly identified and lawfully marketed otherwise. They are intended only for the cosmetic purposes stated on their current labels and product pages.

Products and website content are not offered to diagnose, treat, cure, mitigate, or prevent a disease and are not a substitute for evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, or advice from a licensed healthcare professional. A reference to an ingredient, skin concern, routine, study, test, professional, agency, or scientific concept does not change a product's legally stated intended use.

Before use, read the complete ingredient list, directions, warnings, and other information on the product you actually receive. Do not use a product if its condition reasonably indicates tampering, contamination, leakage, material damage, or a conflict with a known allergy or sensitivity. Discontinue use if irritation or another concerning reaction occurs and seek appropriate medical assistance when necessary. AURENOIRE customer support does not provide emergency care or medical diagnosis.

Product-safety reports are handled separately from refund eligibility. A report does not, by itself, establish that a product is defective or that a refund is owed, and making a report does not limit any non-waivable safety right or reporting right.

5. PRODUCT INFORMATION AND INDIVIDUAL RESULTS

We make reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, ingredient information, directions, warnings, photographs, packaging depictions, availability, and prices accurate. Formulations, packaging, design, and other non-material details may be updated prospectively, and screen settings, lighting, production batches, and ingredients of natural origin may cause non-material visual or sensory differences.

The current label and legally required warnings on the product received control its directions, restrictions, ingredient declaration, and safety information. If online information appears materially inconsistent with the product label or condition, do not use the product until you contact AURENOIRE.

Skin types, sensitivities, routines, environments, and results vary. Testimonials, reviews, routines, before-and-after content, estimated use periods, and descriptions of cosmetic benefits may describe individual experiences or intended cosmetic effects; they do not guarantee that every customer will obtain the same result or obtain a result within a particular time. No disclaimer on this page authorizes a false, misleading, or unsubstantiated product claim.

6. NO GOVERNMENTAL, PROFESSIONAL, OR THIRD-PARTY ENDORSEMENT

Unless AURENOIRE expressly and accurately states otherwise, no reference to a government agency, law, regulation, registration, listing, certification, laboratory, study, professional, ingredient supplier, platform, carrier, publication, creator, or other third party means that the referenced party sponsors, endorses, approves, certifies, or is affiliated with AURENOIRE or a product.

A filing, registration, listing, license, or compliance step does not constitute governmental approval or endorsement unless the responsible authority expressly provides otherwise. Third-party names, marks, certifications, and content belong to their respective owners. Their appearance is used only for an authorized, descriptive, or legally permitted purpose and does not transfer ownership to AURENOIRE.

Except where expressly identified otherwise, the original selection, arrangement, design, text, product copy, photographs, graphics, video, audio, illustrations, page layouts, downloadable materials, and other original content made available through the AURENOIRE website are owned by or licensed to Aurenoire LLC and are protected by applicable copyright and related laws.

The limited personal-use permission described in our Terms of Service does not transfer ownership. Except as permitted by applicable law or our Terms, no content may be copied, reproduced, republished, translated, adapted, distributed, sold, licensed, publicly displayed, framed, mirrored, scraped, data-mined, used to create derivative commercial materials, or otherwise commercially exploited without prior written authorization from the applicable rights holder.

8. TRADEMARK AND BRAND NOTICE

AURENOIRE™, AURENOIRE product and ritual names, logos, symbols, slogans, packaging elements, and other source-identifying brand features are trademarks, trade dress, or other brand assets claimed by Aurenoire LLC or used with permission, as applicable. No use of the website or purchase of a product grants a license to use an AURENOIRE name, logo, product image, trade dress, or other brand asset.

You may not use an AURENOIRE brand element in a manner likely to cause confusion about source, sponsorship, approval, affiliation, authenticity, or authorization. You may not use it in a domain name, social-media handle, advertising account, marketplace listing, counterfeit product, unauthorized resale presentation, or other commercial identifier without prior written permission, except where applicable law permits a truthful nominative or descriptive use.

The absence of a trademark symbol does not mean that AURENOIRE or another rights holder has waived any trademark or unfair-competition right. The federal registration symbol ® applies only to a mark expressly displayed with that symbol and only in territories where that registration is valid.

9. INTELLECTUAL-PROPERTY COMPLAINTS

If you believe that content on the AURENOIRE website infringes a copyright, trademark, or other intellectual-property right that you own or are authorized to enforce, email contact.aurenoire@gmail.com with the subject line INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY NOTICE and include:

  • your full legal name, organization, mailing address, telephone number, and email address;

  • identification of the right, work, or mark you claim is affected and, when applicable, registration information;

  • the exact website address or sufficiently precise location of each allegedly infringing item;

  • a factual explanation of the alleged infringement and the action requested;

  • a statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the rights holder, its agent, or applicable law;

  • a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the rights holder or are authorized to act for the rights holder; and

  • your physical or electronic signature.

We may request reasonably necessary missing information, preserve relevant records, forward the complaint and contact information to the affected content provider or service provider, and take action we consider appropriate under applicable law and our Terms of Service. Submission of a complaint does not guarantee removal and does not constitute an admission of infringement or liability.

This reporting channel does not replace any notice elements, designated-agent procedure, court process, or other method required by applicable law. A person who knowingly makes a materially false infringement allegation may be responsible for resulting harm under applicable law.

10. EXTERNAL LINKS, TOOLS, AND THIRD-PARTY CONTENT

The website may provide access to third-party links, embedded content, payment options, social platforms, reviews, tools, or services for convenience. Unless expressly stated otherwise, AURENOIRE does not control or endorse an independent third party merely by linking to or interoperating with it.

Third-party services may be governed by their own terms and privacy practices. AURENOIRE is not responsible for a third party's independent content, availability, security, decision, statement, or conduct, except to the extent applicable law makes AURENOIRE responsible. Customers should review the applicable third-party terms before using an optional third-party service.

11. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY, ERRORS, AND CHANGES

The website and its non-transactional content may be updated, corrected, suspended, or withdrawn prospectively. We do not guarantee that every feature, product, promotion, price, image, or item of content will remain continuously available or error-free. Temporary unavailability does not extend a promotion or create an entitlement to a product, discount, or remedy unless AURENOIRE expressly agrees or applicable law requires otherwise.

Obvious pricing, typographical, description, inventory, and technical errors are handled under our Terms of Service. Nothing in this section permits AURENOIRE to change the agreed price of an accepted order, substitute a materially different product without disclosure, or eliminate a right that has already vested under applicable law.

12. UNSOLICITED BUSINESS AND CREATIVE SUBMISSIONS

Do not send confidential business plans, product concepts, formulas, campaign ideas, creative proposals, designs, inventions, trade secrets, or other proprietary materials unless AURENOIRE has first agreed in a signed writing to receive them in confidence.

Unless a signed writing states otherwise, receipt or review of an unsolicited submission does not create confidentiality, compensation, exclusivity, partnership, agency, employment, fiduciary, or development obligations and does not prevent AURENOIRE from independently using or developing similar ideas. This section does not transfer ownership of a submission to AURENOIRE and does not alter how personal information, customer communications, product-safety reports, or authorized User Content are handled under our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

13. OFFICIAL COMMUNICATION CHANNELS

For ordinary customer support, use contact.aurenoire@gmail.com. Our Contact Information page explains support hours, routing instructions, identity verification, and the channels for order issues, privacy requests, and product-safety reports.

Comments, direct messages, tags, reviews, influencer communications, and messages sent through social-media platforms are not formal customer-support or legal-notice channels and may not satisfy a policy or legal deadline. An automated acknowledgment confirms receipt only; it does not approve a cancellation, address change, claim, return, refund, legal demand, or requested remedy.

To protect customers and prevent fraud, do not send passwords, authentication codes, Social Security numbers, or complete payment-card or bank-account numbers by email, mail, voicemail, or social media. We may request reasonable identity, account, order, address, authority, or payment verification before disclosing protected information or acting on a request.

14. FORMAL LEGAL NOTICES AND SERVICE OF PROCESS

A formal Notice of Dispute under our Terms of Service must comply with the contents, delivery methods, and timing stated in those Terms. Unless the Terms or applicable law requires otherwise, a notice to AURENOIRE must be:

  1. emailed to contact.aurenoire@gmail.com with the subject line LEGAL NOTICE OF DISPUTE; and

  2. mailed to Aurenoire LLC, c/o Registered Agent, 104 Blackpowder CT, Winchester, VA, 22603, United States.

Sending ordinary customer-service correspondence, a social-media message, review, payment dispute, unauthorized package, or incomplete demand does not replace the required formal-notice process unless applicable law requires another result.

Publication of an email address, telephone number, or mailing address does not constitute consent to service of legal process by a method that applicable law does not authorize. Service of a summons, complaint, subpoena, or other legal process must be completed in the manner required by applicable law unless AURENOIRE expressly agrees in writing to another legally valid method.

Receiving, reviewing, investigating, or responding to a communication does not admit liability, approve the requested relief, extend a contractual deadline, or waive a defense, right, privilege, or objection. A waiver is effective only if made in a signed writing by an authorized AURENOIRE representative or if applicable law requires the waiver or result.

15. GOVERNING DOCUMENTS, DISPUTES, AND NON-WAIVABLE RIGHTS

The AURENOIRE Terms of Service contain the governing-law, individual arbitration, arbitration opt-out, small-claims, class-action waiver, jury-trial waiver, informal dispute, and contractual claim-deadline provisions applicable to covered disputes. This Legal Notice does not independently expand or modify those provisions.

Government agencies remain available to the extent provided by law. Nothing on this page prevents any person from reporting a concern to a federal, state, or local authority or exercising a non-waivable legal right.

16. UPDATES TO THIS LEGAL NOTICE

We may update this Legal Notice prospectively by posting a revised version and changing the “Last updated” date. Updates do not retroactively reduce a right that has already vested, change the agreed terms of an accepted order, or alter the dispute terms applicable to a dispute for which a complete notice was already received, except where applicable law permits and any required new assent is obtained.
