Shipping policy
Last updated: August 9, 2026
This Shipping Policy explains where AURENOIRE ships, how orders are processed, how shipping and delivery estimates work, when delivery is considered complete, and how shipping-related issues are handled.
Please review this Policy before placing an order. By placing an order, you agree to this Policy, our Terms of Service, and our Return and Refund Policy. If this Policy conflicts with the Return and Refund Policy concerning cancellation, replacement, return, or refund eligibility, the Return and Refund Policy controls for that subject. Rights that applicable law does not permit us to exclude, restrict, or waive remain unaffected.
IMPORTANT SHIPPING SUMMARY
-
We currently ship only to eligible physical street addresses in the contiguous United States.
-
Standard orders ordinarily require 2–5 business days for processing and fulfillment, followed by an estimated 2–5 business days in transit. The resulting 4–10-business-day total is an estimate, not a guaranteed delivery date.
-
A more specific shipping estimate displayed at checkout or in an order-specific notice controls over the general estimate in this Policy.
-
Processing and transit are separate. An expedited delivery option, if offered, does not shorten processing time unless we expressly state otherwise.
-
Cancellation or address-change requests must be emailed within 30 minutes after the order-confirmation time and are not guaranteed.
-
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate address and for arranging prompt, secure receipt of the package.
-
Title and risk of loss pass to you after valid delivery. Theft, exposure, or loss occurring after valid delivery does not automatically qualify for a refund or replacement.
-
A package marked delivered but not received must be reported within 5 calendar days of the carrier’s delivery scan. A suspected loss in transit with no delivery scan must be reported within 14 calendar days after the latest estimated delivery date.
-
Do not return a package or product to an address shown on a shipping label. AURENOIRE must provide written authorization and instructions for any return.
1. SCOPE AND DEFINITIONS
This Policy applies only to products purchased directly from AURENOIRE. Purchases from another seller are governed by that seller’s shipping policies.
In this Policy:
-
“AURENOIRE,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean Aurenoire LLC, doing business as AURENOIRE;
-
“you” and “your” mean the purchaser, customer, recipient, or person acting on the purchaser’s behalf;
-
“business day” means Monday through Friday, excluding U.S. federal holidays and days on which the applicable fulfillment facility or carrier is closed for ordinary operations;
-
“processing” or “fulfillment” includes payment and fraud screening, order review, product preparation, quality-control review, packing, labeling, and release to a carrier;
-
“shipment” occurs when the merchandise is physically placed in the carrier’s possession; generating a shipping label alone is not shipment; and
-
“valid delivery” has the meaning stated in Section 12.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, a reference to a number of “days” means calendar days.
2. CURRENT SHIPPING DESTINATIONS AND RESTRICTIONS
AURENOIRE currently ships only to eligible physical street addresses within the contiguous United States. Shipping availability is subject to product, address, carrier, regulatory, and fulfillment restrictions.
Unless we expressly make a destination available and approve it, we do not ship to:
-
Alaska or Hawaii;
-
U.S. territories or possessions;
-
APO, FPO, or DPO addresses;
-
international addresses;
-
islands or offshore locations outside our supported mainland service area;
-
P.O. boxes or private mailboxes;
-
hotels, temporary lodging, event venues, or other locations where secure receipt cannot reasonably be verified;
-
freight forwarders, parcel-forwarding services, mail-forwarding services, reshippers, exporters, or similar intermediaries; or
-
an address restricted by a carrier, law, regulation, sanction, export-control rule, safety requirement, or product-specific limitation.
Checkout acceptance of an address or collection of payment does not guarantee that the address is serviceable. We may verify the address and reject or cancel an unsupported order before shipment. If we cancel a paid order because we cannot ship to the address, we will initiate the refund required by applicable law.
We do not offer local pickup, hand delivery, or customer collection from a fulfillment location unless a specific option is expressly displayed at checkout.
3. ORDER RECEIPT, ACCEPTANCE, AND PROCESSING
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. An automated order confirmation acknowledges that we received the order; it does not mean that we accepted it or that it has shipped.
As stated in our Terms of Service, we accept an order when we send a shipping confirmation or otherwise release the order for shipment, whichever occurs first. Before acceptance, we may reject, limit, place on hold, or cancel an order for a legitimate reason, including payment failure, suspected fraud, inventory unavailability, address or carrier restriction, an obvious pricing or listing error, a regulatory concern, unauthorized resale, or an inability to fulfill the order within the applicable shipment commitment.
Processing begins after we receive a properly completed order containing the payment authorization and complete information reasonably needed to process and ship it. We may require reasonable verification of payment, identity, contact information, address, order quantity, or suspected fraud before release. If customer-provided information is missing, inaccurate, inconsistent, or requires correction, processing may be paused until the necessary information is received.
We will not use verification as a pretext to avoid a shipping obligation. If applicable law treats an order as complete or requires a shipping-delay notice, cancellation option, or refund, that law controls.
4. PROCESSING AND DELIVERY ESTIMATES
For a standard order shipped within our current service area, the ordinary estimate is:
| Stage | General estimate |
|---|---|
| Processing and fulfillment before carrier possession | 2–5 business days |
| Standard transit after carrier possession | 2–5 business days |
| Estimated total from a properly completed order | 4–10 business days |
These are good-faith estimates based on ordinary operating conditions, not guarantees. A more specific estimate, shipping commitment, or delay notice associated with your order controls over this general table.
The first business day after receipt of a properly completed order is ordinarily counted as the first processing day. Orders placed on weekends, federal holidays, or closure days begin processing on the next applicable business day. High-volume periods, additional quality-control review, payment or address verification, carrier congestion, and events outside our reasonable control may affect timing.
A delivery estimate concerns expected arrival; a shipment commitment concerns when the package will be placed in the carrier’s possession. Only a date expressly identified by AURENOIRE as “guaranteed” is guaranteed. Phrases such as “estimated,” “expected,” “typically,” “standard,” or a carrier-generated estimated-delivery date do not create a guaranteed arrival date.
Do not rely on a non-guaranteed estimate for a birthday, holiday, trip, event, appointment, or other date-sensitive purpose. Missing a personal deadline does not independently create a right to compensation, replacement, refund, or reimbursement of shipping charges, except where applicable law or an express written guarantee requires otherwise.
5. SHIPPING METHODS, CARRIERS, AND EXPEDITED OPTIONS
Available shipping methods and their charges, if any, are displayed at checkout. We may select and use one or more carriers, fulfillment locations, and service partners. Unless a particular carrier was expressly identified as a material and guaranteed part of the purchase, we may substitute a comparable carrier or service when reasonably necessary.
If an expedited option is offered:
-
it ordinarily affects transit after shipment, not order processing or fulfillment;
-
the estimated or advertised transit period begins only after the carrier takes possession;
-
weekends, holidays, destination limitations, and carrier cutoff times may not count;
-
selecting or paying for expedited service does not make a delivery date guaranteed unless we expressly label it as guaranteed; and
-
after we timely use the selected service, the expedited charge is not automatically refundable because of a carrier delay, except where an express guarantee or applicable law requires a refund.
We may require a signature, identity check, pickup at an authorized location, or another delivery safeguard for an order based on value, destination, payment risk, carrier rules, or fraud-prevention needs. We do not guarantee that a carrier will obtain a signature unless the order expressly includes a signature-required service.
6. SHIPPING CHARGES, FREE SHIPPING, AND TAXES
The shipping charge applicable to an order is the amount displayed at checkout before the order is submitted. Rates may depend on destination, weight, dimensions, order value, service level, and promotions, and may change prospectively without notice.
If free or discounted shipping is offered, it:
-
applies only under the terms shown with the offer;
-
ordinarily covers the least expensive eligible standard outbound method;
-
has no cash value and cannot be exchanged for a faster service or applied retroactively; and
-
does not make return shipping, address-correction fees, return-to-sender fees, reshipment, duties, or other costs free.
Shipping charges are ordinarily nonrefundable after shipment. An exception may apply if the entire order is cancelled before shipment, we fail to provide the purchased shipping service, our verified error materially affects the entire shipment, or applicable law requires otherwise.
Applicable sales taxes are displayed or calculated at checkout. AURENOIRE does not currently offer ordinary international shipping. If a customer independently routes a validly delivered package outside our supported service area, the customer assumes all subsequent shipping, customs, duty, tax, regulatory, loss, damage, and import risks.
7. ADDRESS AND CONTACT-INFORMATION RESPONSIBILITY
You must provide a complete, current, and accurate recipient name, street address, apartment or unit number, city, state, ZIP code, email address, and any other information required at checkout. You are responsible for reviewing all order and delivery information before submitting the order.
AURENOIRE and its carriers may rely on the information provided at checkout. Address-validation tools may suggest or standardize an address, but you remain responsible for confirming that the final address is correct and serviceable.
We are not responsible, to the fullest extent permitted by law, for a delay, nondelivery, misdelivery, return, loss, or additional cost caused by:
-
an incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or misspelled customer-provided address;
-
a missing apartment, suite, building, access, gate, or unit number;
-
an incorrect recipient name, email address, or phone number;
-
inaccessible premises or unavailable recipient;
-
a building, mailroom, reception, concierge, or security policy;
-
the recipient’s failure to respond to the carrier or collect a held package; or
-
a redirection, forwarding instruction, delivery waiver, safe-place request, pickup-location election, or other delivery preference requested by the customer or recipient.
This section does not excuse a verified carrier misdelivery or loss in transit that was not caused by the customer or recipient.
8. ADDRESS CHANGES AND ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Orders may enter processing shortly after checkout. To request an address change or cancellation, email contact.aurenoire@gmail.com within 30 minutes after the order-confirmation time. For a cancellation request, use “CANCEL ORDER — [ORDER NUMBER]”. For an address-change request, use “URGENT ADDRESS CHANGE — [ORDER NUMBER]”. Include the purchaser’s full name, order number, and requested action or correction.
The timestamp showing when the complete request reaches our designated support inbox determines whether it was submitted within the 30-minute request window. A request is not guaranteed, even when sent within 30 minutes. We can approve it only if the order has not already been accepted, released to production, entered fulfillment, shipped, or otherwise become non-changeable or non-cancellable.
Not receiving an immediate response does not extend the window and does not mean that the request was approved. A change or cancellation is effective only when AURENOIRE confirms it in writing.
After shipment, we cannot change the shipping label. You may contact the carrier about any carrier-provided redirection or hold option, but AURENOIRE does not guarantee that the carrier will permit or complete it. Any customer-requested redirection, release, or alternative delivery instruction is at the customer’s risk and may result in additional charges.
Nothing in this section limits a cancellation right that applies under federal law when AURENOIRE cannot ship within a promised or otherwise applicable timeframe.
9. TRACKING INFORMATION
When tracking becomes available, we will ordinarily send it to the email address associated with the order. You are responsible for monitoring the tracking record and making reasonable arrangements for receipt.
A tracking status of “label created,” “pre-shipment,” “information received,” or a similar status may mean that a label has been generated but the carrier has not yet physically received or scanned the package. Tracking events can take up to 48 hours after carrier possession to appear or update, particularly during weekends, holidays, or periods of carrier congestion.
Carrier tracking is evidence of shipment and delivery activity, but it is not necessarily conclusive when reliable contrary evidence exists. AURENOIRE may review carrier scans, delivery photographs, geolocation data made available by the carrier, signature records, address records, pickup records, weight data, communications, and other reasonably available information when investigating an issue.
10. SPLIT SHIPMENTS AND MULTIPLE PACKAGES
We may fulfill an order in one or more packages and from one or more locations. Products from the same order may arrive on different dates and may have separate tracking numbers.
A product is not considered missing merely because another package from the order arrived first. Before submitting a missing-item claim, review every tracking number and shipping confirmation associated with the order.
We will not charge an undisclosed additional outbound shipping fee solely because we elected to split an order. A partial shipment does not eliminate our obligation to ship the remaining accepted products or provide a remedy required by law.
11. DELAY BEFORE SHIPMENT AND THE CUSTOMER’S LEGAL OPTIONS
AURENOIRE will maintain a reasonable basis for any shipment timeframe we state. If we determine that we cannot ship within the order’s applicable shipment commitment—or, when no time is stated, within the time required by law—we may:
-
cancel the affected item or order, notify you, and provide the prompt refund required by law; or
-
send a clear delay notice offering the legally required option to consent to a revised shipment date or cancel the affected item or order for a prompt refund.
Any delay notice will explain the revised date, the available options, how to respond, and the consequence of not responding. Where federal law permits a short delay to be accepted through non-cancellation after proper notice, the notice may state that failure to reject the delay before shipment and before the stated revised date will be treated as consent to shipment by that revised date. Where affirmative consent is required, silence will not be treated as consent.
If we cannot meet a revised date, we will provide any renewed notice, cancellation option, or refund required by law. AURENOIRE may choose to cancel and refund an unshipped order instead of seeking consent to a delay.
The 30-minute voluntary cancellation-request window in Section 8 does not limit these separate shipping-delay rights.
12. VALID DELIVERY; TITLE AND RISK OF LOSS
Title to and risk of loss for a product pass to you upon valid delivery, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
Valid delivery occurs when the carrier delivers or tenders the package at the correct address, recipient, or customer-designated location associated with the order, including, as applicable:
-
the residence or business address provided at checkout;
-
a porch, doorstep, reception area, front desk, mailroom, package room, parcel locker, building office, or other customary delivery location at that address;
-
the purchaser, recipient, household member, employee, receptionist, doorman, concierge, building staff member, or other person reasonably treated by the carrier as authorized to receive the package;
-
a carrier pickup point, access point, locker, or hold location selected or accepted by the customer or recipient; or
-
another address or safe-place location requested through the carrier by the customer or recipient.
A valid delivery does not require personal handoff to the named purchaser or a signature unless AURENOIRE expressly sold a signature-required service for the order or applicable law requires one.
After valid delivery, AURENOIRE is not responsible, to the fullest extent permitted by law, for theft, disappearance, weather exposure, heat or cold exposure, animal damage, mishandling, tampering, loss, or damage occurring at or after the delivery location. Retrieve packages promptly and do not leave personal-care products exposed to extreme conditions.
If the carrier lost or misdelivered the package before valid delivery through no fault of the customer, the issue may qualify for a replacement or other remedy under Sections 13 and 14 and our Return and Refund Policy.
13. PACKAGE MARKED DELIVERED BUT NOT RECEIVED
A carrier’s “delivered” scan does not automatically establish that the customer personally received the package, and it does not automatically create a right to a refund or replacement.
Before contacting us, promptly:
-
check the full delivery address and tracking details;
-
inspect the delivery location, entrances, porch, garage, mailbox area, parcel locker, mailroom, and any carrier delivery photograph;
-
ask household members, building staff, reception, concierge, neighbors, or others who may have accepted or moved the package;
-
check for a carrier notice or pickup-location instruction; and
-
contact the carrier if the tracking record directs the recipient to do so.
If the package is still missing, email contact.aurenoire@gmail.com no later than 5 calendar days after the carrier’s recorded delivery scan with the subject line “DELIVERED NOT RECEIVED — [ORDER NUMBER]”.
Include the purchaser’s full name, order number, delivery address, tracking number, confirmation that the steps above were completed, and any information reasonably requested for investigation. We may require a carrier case number, a written non-receipt declaration, identity or address verification, or cooperation with the carrier’s investigation.
A claim may be denied where reliable evidence establishes valid delivery or where theft or loss occurred after valid delivery, except where applicable law requires otherwise. If the carrier confirms misdelivery or loss before valid delivery through no fault of the customer, we will provide a remedy consistent with the Return and Refund Policy and applicable law.
14. SUSPECTED LOSS IN TRANSIT OR STALLED TRACKING
A package is not necessarily lost because tracking pauses, a carrier estimate changes, or a scan is delayed. Carrier investigations may require a reasonable waiting period based on the service and circumstances.
For a package with no delivery scan that appears lost in transit, email contact.aurenoire@gmail.com no later than 14 calendar days after the latest estimated delivery date shown in the tracking record. Use the subject line “POSSIBLE LOST SHIPMENT — [ORDER NUMBER]” and include the order and tracking information.
We may require the customer to verify the address, contact the local carrier or pickup point, obtain a carrier case number, and provide a written non-receipt statement. AURENOIRE may open or control a shipper-side carrier claim. The customer must not make a materially inconsistent duplicate claim or accept duplicate recovery for the same loss.
If the investigation verifies that the package was lost before valid delivery through no fault of the customer, our ordinary first remedy is replacement or reshipment of the affected products. If replacement is unavailable, cannot reasonably resolve the issue, or applicable law requires a monetary refund, we may refund the affected product or order as provided in our Return and Refund Policy.
15. TRANSIT DAMAGE, LEAKAGE, INCORRECT PRODUCTS, AND MISSING ITEMS
You must inspect the shipment promptly after delivery. Transit damage, leakage, breakage, an incorrect product, or an item missing from a delivered shipment must be reported under our Return and Refund Policy no later than 72 hours after the carrier’s recorded delivery time.
Preserve the product, shipping carton, interior packaging, shipping label, seals, inserts, and all items received. Submit clear, unedited photographs of the product, packaging, label, contents, and damage as required by the Return and Refund Policy. Do not discard, alter, use, return, or send the affected product elsewhere while the claim is under review unless we instruct you to do so.
Normal, non-material variation in packaging, product color, scent, texture, or viscosity is not transit damage. Heat or cold exposure after valid delivery is not a shipping defect. If a product arrives materially compromised before or at delivery, submit the required evidence within the claim window.
Do not mail a damaged or leaking product unless AURENOIRE provides specific written instructions.
16. FAILED DELIVERY, REFUSED PACKAGES, UNCLAIMED PACKAGES, AND RETURN TO SENDER
You are responsible for ensuring that the address is accessible and that the recipient can receive or collect the package. If a carrier attempts delivery, respond promptly to the carrier or AURENOIRE and collect any held package before the carrier’s deadline.
An order is not automatically eligible for a refund, credit, replacement, or free reshipment merely because it was:
-
refused by the customer or recipient;
-
unclaimed or not collected from a carrier or pickup point;
-
undeliverable because of customer-provided address or contact information;
-
returned after the customer failed to respond to a delivery attempt;
-
rejected by a hotel, mailroom, building, forwarding service, or unauthorized location;
-
redirected or forwarded at the customer’s request; or
-
returned for another reason outside AURENOIRE’s reasonable control.
If a package is returned, no remedy is available until it is physically received and reviewed by the applicable fulfillment location. A carrier status showing “returning” or “returned” is not proof that AURENOIRE has received or can recover the package.
If the returned products remain identifiable, intact, safe, and available for reshipment, we may, at our discretion, offer one reshipment after the customer confirms an eligible address and pays the new outbound shipping charge and any customer-caused carrier, address-correction, return, or handling cost. Reshipment is not guaranteed.
Where delivery failed because of customer-provided information, refusal, failure to collect, or another customer-controlled circumstance, the products and original shipping charge remain nonrefundable to the extent permitted by law. If we choose to approve a discretionary refund, we may deduct actual, nonrecoverable outbound shipping, carrier-return, address-correction, and handling costs to the extent permitted by law. We will not make such deductions from a refund where our verified error caused the failure or applicable law prohibits the deduction.
An unauthorized refusal or return does not cancel an order and does not create a right to a refund.
17. FORWARDERS, RESHIPPERS, CUSTOMER REDIRECTION, AND THIRD-PARTY RECIPIENTS
Shipping to a freight forwarder, mail forwarder, reshipper, exporter, purchasing agent, or similar intermediary is not supported unless we expressly approve it in writing before the order is placed.
If a package nevertheless reaches a customer-selected intermediary or another third party after valid delivery, AURENOIRE’s responsibility ends at that first valid delivery to the extent permitted by law. We are not responsible for the intermediary’s inspection, repacking, storage, relabeling, export, customs handling, onward transportation, delay, seizure, loss, damage, or delivery.
The same rule applies when the customer or recipient uses carrier tools to redirect the package, waive a signature, authorize release, select a safe place, or choose a pickup location. The customer is responsible for the consequences of that instruction after valid delivery or tender at the selected location.
18. SHIPPING DISRUPTIONS OUTSIDE OUR REASONABLE CONTROL
Weather, natural disasters, epidemics, war, civil disorder, government action, labor disruption, transportation interruption, carrier capacity, network or utility failure, cyberattack, supplier interruption, security screening, peak-season congestion, and similar events may delay processing or transit.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, AURENOIRE is not liable for a delay or failure caused by an event outside our reasonable control. We will use commercially reasonable efforts to reduce the effect of the disruption.
This section does not eliminate any legally required shipment-delay notice, cancellation option, prompt refund, remedy for verified loss before delivery, safety action, or other non-waivable right.
19. CLAIM REVIEW, FRAUD PREVENTION, AND DUPLICATE RECOVERY
Shipping claims are reviewed under this Policy and our Return and Refund Policy. Submission of a claim does not automatically establish eligibility.
We may verify the order and claim with carriers, fulfillment providers, payment processors, fraud-prevention providers, building staff, pickup locations, insurers, and other parties reasonably involved in the shipment. To the extent permitted by law, we may deny a claim if material evidence is fabricated, altered, inconsistent, duplicated, withheld after a reasonable request, or contradicted by reliable delivery records.
We may restrict future orders, require signature service, limit addresses or payment methods, suspend an account, preserve records, or refer suspected fraud or theft to service providers, carriers, insurers, regulators, or law enforcement.
A customer may not receive duplicate recovery for the same issue, such as both a replacement and a refund, multiple replacements, or both a merchant refund and a payment-dispute credit. If a chargeback or payment dispute is pending, we may pause our internal refund process while the payment provider reviews the matter, without limiting a lawful payment-dispute right.
20. REMEDIES AND RELATIONSHIP TO THE RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
Our Return and Refund Policy controls whether a shipping issue qualifies for replacement, reshipment, refund, store credit, or another remedy; the evidence required; and the amount and timing of any refund.
For a verified loss, misdelivery, damage, incorrect product, or missing item caused before valid delivery and not caused by the customer, the ordinary first remedy is replacement, reshipment, or correction. If the same product is unavailable, replacement cannot reasonably cure the issue, or applicable law requires a monetary refund, we may refund the affected product or order as stated in the Return and Refund Policy.
Unless an issue materially affects the entire order, a remedy is limited to the affected product or quantity. Original or expedited shipping charges are not automatically refundable unless the entire order is cancelled before shipment, our verified error materially affected the entire shipment or purchased shipping service, an express guarantee applies, or applicable law requires otherwise.
A courtesy exception does not admit liability, waive this Policy, amend our Terms, or require the same exception for another customer or order.
21. NON-WAIVABLE RIGHTS AND POLICY UPDATES
This Policy does not exclude, restrict, or waive any consumer right or remedy that applicable law does not permit us to exclude, restrict, or waive. If applicable law conflicts with a provision of this Policy, the law controls only to the extent of the conflict.
The version of this Policy in effect when an order is placed generally governs that order. We may update this Policy prospectively by posting a revised version and changing the “Last updated” date. A prospective update does not retroactively reduce a right that has already vested under applicable law.
